What to Expect From Fox Valley Mosquito Tick
After You Make the Appointment
We will contact you with a phone call, text, and an email to let you know when we will be at your residence to begin our application. We will make you aware of the products that will be applied and offer you information on those products.
Before We apply
A state certified applicator will walk your property to ensure that people, animals, and toys are not present. We will collect any toys in the yard before we begin. We will look for any safe-havens for mosquitoes and ticks.
Application
The application will involve the use of a blower or sprayer to apply our products to your house, lawn, trees, shrubs, and under any deck structures or places where mosquitoes and ticks can hide or lay their eggs. Our applications are effective for more than 30 days.
After Application
We will place our application record inside of your door. Our application record will specifically list the chemicals applied to your lawn. No one should enter the application area until the area is dry. Most applications are dry in 30-60 minutes.
Product Labels
We will make all product labels available for the products that we use in the application process. In most applications, we will spray a product to eliminate the adult mosquitoes and ticks and another product to interrupt the growth cycle of the young.
Our Promise
After the application, you may see an occasional mosquito in your yard. If you are not satisfied with the reduction of mosquitoes in your yard, we will gladly perform another application at no cost to you.
