Nothing is more important to us than our children’s health!
Before we started this company, we searched for years to find an effective and affordable solution to deal with mosquitoes. Our children would suffer large welts from mosquito bites, and we were very concerned about their health and wellness. We hired other companies with high expectations – It didn’t work.
We decided to find a solution on our own. We researched several different treatments and tried them all to find the safest and most effective on the market. We weren’t looking to start a business; we were looking to find a solution for our own personal needs. After a couple seasons of testing, we found the solution.
No longer did we have the bites that we had in the past. Our children were safe, and we could enjoy our backyard. We provided these benefits to our friends and family and the story of our success started to spread. Once our friends started to ask us if we could spray their friends, we knew we needed to start Fox Valley Mosquito and Tick in the summer of 2020.
Over a few short years, our business grew from a handful of customers to over 400. We started with mosquitoes and ticks, but have grown our business to treat ants, spiders, wasps, and mice with guaranteed results. In 2022, we started a partnership with Lakeland Lawn Care to serve their customers’ pest control needs. Even as the economic environment has become a little uncertain, we continue to offer a great service at an affordable price.
What We Believe
We believe in serving our customers with the highest level of detail. We believe that customer service and building relationships is the most important component of our business. We believe that strong communication skills have helped us build those relationships. We believe in doing things right the first time with detail and integrity. We know that your pets and children are the most important to you – they are the most important to us.
We believe in buying local. We buy our equipment from local businesses even if it costs us a little more. We buy our vehicles from local dealers. We hire our employees from the local communities.

We don’t believe in contracts that lock you into our services and have expensive cancellation fees. If you are not satisfied, we will either provide you with the service that meets your expectation or refund your money.
We are in the customer service business! We only exist because we have met the needs and expectations of our customers.
